Discount based on quantity

Recommended Posts

Hi there,

I have a simple problem.

We have a category titled '3 for $50' which, as it sounds, is 3 shirts from that category for $50. We will also allow users to do this multiple times, so 6 shirts would be $100, 9 shirts $150 etc.
Otherwise all shirts would be $20 each. With shipping dependent on the amount of shirts they order total.

So any help as to how to set this up with the pricing cart rules, would be greatly appreciated.

If you want products to be different, you can't.

You can only achieve this for 3 units of the same product, with the default functionality. I have a module which provides what you need, but it's for 1.4 only at the moment!

Interesting.

Yes each shirt design would be a different product.

Do you have any plans for making your module 1.5 compatible? Unfortunately this is quite a major feature of our store. Do you perhaps have any alternate suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

I have done something similar to this, what I done was.

Created a "3 for £50" category, and hide it.

add all the products you want to be included in that promotion to that category

Then just create a rule based on that category :)

Work perfectly for me with over 100 products in our offer

Hi!!

Could you explain me better?

I have two products placed in the same category, Product A costs 50, Product B costs 100.

I have specific prices for each one: A costs 30  if you buy more than 10, B costs 80 if you buy more than 10.

I would like that if you buy 5 product At, and 5 product B, the price change to 30 and 80...

So, was it that you do?

Thanks!
