Order confirmation issue

Hi Guys

Have a small problem with the order confirmation page.

Conflict of modules I think as I have set up a Sandbox with the same theme and it works

 

Cant find where the information comes from, but basically there are two fields not being displayed. please see attached.

I thought it was one module as when I disable it it works.

But it works on the sandbox with the same Theme

So must be conflicting with yet another module

 

Any ideas

what payment module you use? everything depends on it.

also, you've got the same issues for each payment module or only for certain of them?

Havnt tried it on Paypal, dont think paypal displays this information Not Sure

But this happens on both Cheque and bank wire

Can I use anything else instead of 

<p>{l s='Your order on %s is complete.' sprintf=$shop_name mod='cheque'}

 

and

 

<br /><br />- {l s='Do not forget to insert your order  reference %s.' sprintf=$reference mod='cheque'}

Anybody know what stops sprintf working

​its the same in the referral page
