wearCA
Hi all, i have a US store using prestashop 1.5.6. here is my dilemna. i have a product that my pre-tax wholesale price is set up as $24.99. for this product i set up a "Specific Price" for all currencies, all customers, etc with a discount of "$-7.00" to make the Sale price of this product be $17.99 We are in NY state, so we have to charge ny state tax for orders shipping to NY... the tax rule under the product price is set to "US-NY Rate (4%)" when a customer adds this item to cart and enters their address if they are in NY, the following happens... they are charged tax on the wholesale price not the discounted price. i need this to be tax charged on the actual sale price. here is a copy of the invoice, which is confusing at best.. any input on how to make this better is appreciated as well. it lists "unit price (Tax excl.)" as $18.26, this should be $17.99, and the only tax should be the tax on the dicounted price... has anyone offered a fix for this in prestashop 1.5.6 for us sellers? thank you
