Changing text on shopping cart mouseover homepage

Can anyone direct me to where i change the text on the mouseover shopping cart on the homepage?

 

I want to change the text saying "Free shipping!". Where do I change this and also for the 5 other languages on my site www.spellendiscounter.nl

You can change it from the back office/ translations/. Select 'installed modules translations' and look for blockcart for the default theme
