free shipping wrote. help me

Can you show use how you configured shipping in the back office?

this is my impostation..and when i view my shop cart summury there is "shipping: free shipping" and don't calculate the dispatches.

I have modified the html,probably, .. but  i can't remember which files..help

First when setting your ranges you must not leave gaps as shown in your pic.

Also for the guest visiting your site Free Shipping will show in the cart until they register an address, the only way to change this is to change the translation.

 

Ranges should be set like this:

 

0 - 299

299 - 100000

 

This is due to the included excluded nature in the way Prestashop views the ranges.

From and including value 0, up to but excluding value 299, from and including value 299, up to but excluding value 100000.

 

Having that little gap from 299 to 300 can cause issues.

 

Start with this and see if anything changes.

nothing to do .. following your valuable advice I can't solve it
I registered an account with address and there isn't the carrier .. always free shipping and freezes in step 4.

I have the shipping working now it was something to do with the zone, I created a new shipper called courier and set that to Europe and created an account using some info from the other customer (zip code).


Now the cart shows shipping, I also noted that you had added a 15.00 to the shipping tab in the products edit section you do not have to do this, look under shipping, at the bottom you will see price band, use the drop down and select courier and see how I set the price, you can change that back to 0.00 or remove the shipping cost from the products as right now shipping comes out to 30.00.
