Probleme upload photo / catégorie

Bonsoir à tous,

 

je suis gérant d'une petite boutique en ligne : www.biocoiff.com/boutique/ et je rencontre quelques difficultés actuellement, si quelqu'un pouvait m'apporter un petit éclairage, j'apprécierais beaucoup !

 

1) Impossible de lier un nouveau produit à une catégorie

 

Lorsque je crée un nouveau produit et que je souhaite l'associer à une catégorie de la boutique c'est...tout simplement impossible. Il y a une sorte de fleche qui tourne et le menu déroulant n'affiche que "Accueil" ou "Home". Impossible également de chercher une catégorie ("Find Category") car l'erreur suivante s'affiche :

2) Impossible d'uploader une image liée à une produit

 

Lorsque je tente d'ajouter une image à une fiche produit, il n'y a rien qui se passe...

 

Si quelqu'un a déjà rencontré l'un de ces problèmes, merci de bien vouloir se signaler !

Une des questions les plus posées sur le forum, n'hesitez aps à faire une recherche avant de poster.

 

Les deux soucis sont le même soucis. Appuyer sur F12 sur chrome ou firefox et vous aurez une erreur plus précise dans la console javascript de votre naviguateur ou en regardant la réponse des requêtes http://www.morefnu.org/post/2010/08/30/D%C3%A9bugger-de-l-Ajax-avec-firebug ou tout simplement consultez les erreurs dans les logs du serveur Apache.

 

La plupart du temps c'est un module récemment installé qui envoie une erreur ou une surcharge, ou cloudcache etc.

après études, il s'avère que le chargement ajax de la liste des catégories echoue car la boutique rencontre de nombreuses erreurs qui polluent le flux:

On m'a demandé de "verifier les permissions de /homepages/35/d385802543/htdocs/boutique/translations/en/errors.php", notamment 644 mais j'ai bien peur que ça ne suffise pas à m'aider à résoudre ce petit problème.

 

Auriez-vous une recommandation à me faire ?

Dans l'onglet localisation, essayez de re importer la pack de langues anglaise ( USA par exemple).
