I have this error, how can i solve this problem please help me

Really weird, is it a fresh install?

Prestashop version?

PHP version?

DId you install manually or using an automated software?

My php version ->  5.4.7 

 

Perstashop version -> 1.5.2.0 

[NemoPS]

Grab a fresh 1.5.2 from the prestashop site. unzip, open modules, and copy blockcontactinfos over your old one. See if it helps
