CMS Block does no show blocks for editing

I have a left and right CMS blocks in my shop, yet these blocks do not show up in the module for editing. As seen in the attached image, the section that should show the blocks is empty. Further, if I try to create a new block, the page section is blank and it won't let me save without having something to check.

 

I have tried resetting the CMS Block and even uninstalling/installing the CMS Block. No change. Would appreciate help, thanks.

use lofadvancecustom module for footer cms.

That module only covers the footer - it doesn't cover the left and right CMS blocks. It's the side blocks I am not seeing. The footer is working.

I found this happened to me recently too.

It still shows blank using ie, but firefox it works fine.

Try another browser ?

I tried all three major browsers. No luck.
