Discount price information in products

I want to know how and where can I change the code to insert information about discount in the product price, for instance:

PRODUCT
From: De : R$ X.XXX,XX
By: Por: R$ XXX,XX
R$ XXX,XX with 5% off in cash payment
or divide in the credit card using Pagseguro or Bcash
 
Or to the case that I not set a special price in the configuration of the product looks like that:
 
PRODUCT
R$ XXX,XX
R$ XXX,XX with 5% off in cash payment
or divide in the credit card using Pagseguro or Bcash
 
And if exist a module that do it.
 
My theme is the Default and my Prestashop version is the 1.5.6
