futurewebs Posted November 26, 2013 Share Posted November 26, 2013 Hello, I set up some shipping options for first and second class UK delivery and Europe delivery. They were all working fine but I have just added a Worldwide shipping option and now only the first class UK delivery is available. I was wondering whether anyone has any ideas why this may have happend? I have made sure the available countries are enabled and checked the zones are attached to the right countries. When I get to the delivery phase of the checkout it says: There is 1 error, There are no carriers that deliver to the address you selected.Choose your delivery methodNo carriers available for the address "My address". futurewebs Posted November 27, 2013 Author Share Posted November 27, 2013 Just incase anyone is having a similar issue I just deleted all carriers and re-added them and it now seems to be working correctly again.
