Google Analytics Vrs Prestashop stats

Hi Everybody,

 

I am getting some very in accurate info. The only problem is I am not sure which the inaccurate one is..

 

Basically I have setup Google Analytics and it is working because I can test it but what is also working is the Prestashop Stats because I can test that also.. but they are both giving back very different data on things like site visitors etc.. 

 

Has anyone else noticed this? 

 

For Example: 

Prestashop:

Google:

Visits

36

 

Unique Visitors

As you can see google says 36 visitors while prestashop says 113..  They both get the eCommerce stats right.. and the value right but something is very off in General

google show REAL users (normal browser)

prestashop shows also robots, bots and other crawlers (not real users)

So is there a way to make prestashop show REAL users, which is what is really of interest and not the robots, bots and other crawlers (not real users)?

 

For exampl, for the same day

 

google analytics gives me 32 sessions, 16 users.

and

Prestashop gives me 710 visits!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Quite a difference!
