cant disable guest checkout

Hi

 

I can not disable guest checkout in admin Prestashop Version: 1.4.8.2

It wont let me save the change to 'no'

I dont want guest to make an order without registering

 

Any help to fix this would be greatly appreciated

after save, your settings is saved too? or nothing is changing after hitting "save" button?

I can select 'no' but nothing happens after clicking 'save' button

It goes back to yes

 

I also just noticed that on back office preferences no changes can be saved. 

 

I cant even deactivate my store now, that too wont save to 'no'

I turned cache off

now I can save the guest checkout

possible that you are running varnish cache?  if you are not sure can you contact your hosting provider? 

 

IMHO it's either a cache or permission issue...

try this, we are going to turn off cache using ftp

 

download using ftp

 

config/settings.inc.php

 

locate this line and change to '0'

define('_PS_CACHE_ENABLED_', '0');

re-ftp to your shop
