How to edit the Top of my Page

Hey Guys,

 

i want to Edit the top of my page, meaning the area between the  logo and cart, but also change the positions of the cart and language block, how could i do that?

to change positions: modules > positions tab, search for "displayTop" (not displayHeader!) modules list and change position of the modules by drag'n'droppin them to new position
