PayPal Usa Module Installation Error

Hello,

 

I have a Prestashop installed here: www.tecnopolisbo.com.

 

I'm phissically located in Bolivia currently, BUT I'm a US citizen and I'm setting up an ecommerce site with PayPal support for US country enabled, BUT when I try to install the PayPal USA module I get this error:

 

 

The following module(s) were not installed properly:

• - paypalusa : 
  Sorry, this module has been designed for stores based in USA, Canada and Mexico only. Please use the classic PayPal Addon instead.

 

I have tried to download the module and install from the Modules Backend (upload), also I have deleted the module but still getting the same error.

 

Screenshot attached, as you can see the STORE is configured for US country, so what should I do to config the store from Bolivia? should I travel to US to config ?

 

Any thoughts ?

Go to Preferences > Store Contacts, and change the store country to USA
