Problem Moving to New Server

Here is what I have done...

 

Its 1.5.1

 

1. Copied All Files from old server to new.

2. Created New Database and imported the old data.

3. Updated setting.inc.php Database server, name, user and pw.

4. Updated the shop URL in the phpmyadmin

 

When I try homepage I get

Any ideas what I have done wrong. I tried to get on the admin panel but didnt work either.

Make sure to have a backup and manually delete your htaccess file. Try that and if that does not work make sure to clear the smarty cache https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wOPJuODWm40
