Customer order emails etc are all sent fine, the test email from the BO is sent fine as well.However, when a customer tries to request a password using the 'forgot password' area, it returns an error and no email is sent, instead you are just left on the page with the following error; Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
omgzhobbs Posted November 25, 2013 Author Share Posted November 25, 2013 Fixed the issue.The problem was caused by removing the default American English language and just using British English, when I done this it removed the entire /en/ folder which was still needed for the password recovery process.Copying the entire GB language into a new /EN/ folder fixed the issue.[solved] Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
