UPS carriers not displaying in Canada Country address P.S. 1.5

Hello everyone,

 

I have installed and configured UPS shipping module for my site.

 

While checkout with CANADA address it doesn't show UPS shipping carrier.

 

If customer address belongs to USA, then and then it will show UPS carrier.

 

Also, I have set up in Zone and countries in Localization menu.
