How to ban visitors by session

some guys will visit my site every 30s,it's a spam that get my page info.

How to ban this visitor,the zopim show the counts of the visit.

You can ban this kind of user by IP as said vekia.
By adding this code to your .htaccess file (where 0.0.0.0 is the user IP) :

order allow,deny
deny from 0.0.0.0
allow from all

You can find more infomations on apache documentation.
 
To find out its IP you can check your server logs.
