Paypal USA No Confirmation in the back office .01

First time here, i hope i m in the right section.

#1. Installation smooth
#2. Default currency $
#3. Tax Not activated on the website.
#4. Using Default Theme

Issue #1. Paypal USA No Confirmation in the Back-End or Front-End. Real Transaction amount $.01 ( 1 Cent) 1 Product in the shopping cart. After the PayPal Payment, PayPal directed back to the (Front-End-account page) automatically. Product still showing inside the Cart with $.01 ( 1 Cent), NO Order shown in the Order History (in Front End or Back End), customer received a confirmation payment from PayPal.

Did 2 transactions before this with $0.00 COD same 1 product, went smooth, got both of the Orders showing in the Order History (in Front End & Back End)

Issue #2. Bookmarks Link don't do anything after click.
Issue #3. Add to wish list don't do anything after click.
Issue #4. Send to a friend, gives the error below
