product category on homepage?

Hi all. 

I have been updating my prestashop today, and what i tried was to show all my product categories on my homepage. I have install home featured tab that let mw show best sales, new products, promotion etc. But i will not let me show all my product categories, so my question is: Does anybody know how to show product categories on home page or are there a module that can show product categories like home featured show featured products? I know that i can code the home featured to show product categories but it is not the way I want to do it in.
