marblemsn
Hello, My internet site www.rajastones.co.uk has pictures that are all different sizes. The problem is that the 'home' images look fine whilst some have white rectangles other are large. If you look at the details of the products - the images are distorted to 600px x 600px I had white rectangles on my site as I using PS1.3 - and there was nothing that could be done to remove the white rectangles. I have regenerated the images, the white boxes have gone (hooray), but the images are really distorted. What is going on here? I have regenerated the thumbnails - but I am not getting anywhere. Any help would be appreciated - I am using PS 1.4 Edited November 23, 2013 by marblemsn (see edit history)

vekia
hello you uploaded pictures in different sizes, so you've got some kind of troubles with "sizes". The best thing is to upload pictures which are proportional to size you defined as a "home" image. While you regenerating thumbs you need to check "erase previous images" have you tried with that option?
marblemsn
Hello, I have tried to do this but with 'large' & 'small. So I have just taken the plunge and regenerated all thumbnails - they are all the right size now. Before, I had black boxes to the sides or above and below on all my photos. Thank you.
