Upgrading from 1.5.6 to 1.5.6.1 Home Missing Almost Everything

I just did the 1-click upgrade on my 2 stores. On 1 it went smooth, got one minor template issue. The other though, the template is messed up. I have emptied the cache, compile, and img/tmp folders (leaving the index files alone. I have regenerated all the images. I have repeated these steps several times, but I got nothing. I enabled the dev error reporting. Here is my error:

I am using the buyshop theme (yes, I have a ticket open with them too, but they don't work weekends so that's not much help). I just need to know how to fix this error. I don't want to roll back to the previous version if it's just a little fix. The homepage is empty and formatting is all off. Has anyone had this issue? Any ideas to help me resolve this? I would greatly appreciate a hand.
