Specific shipping for product combinations?

Hey guys,

 

So I have shipping set for 0-100 at a specific price, and for 100-100000000 at a certain price. However, we have item combinations that we want to tag a 19 dollar shipping addition charge on to.

 

We can't make the range 0-100, then 100-300 and 300-1000 because it gets messed up when you add multiple products within the 100-300 range.

 

Is there anyway to add specific shipping addition to specific combinations?
