I want to offer Free Shipping for shoppers who buy more than a certain amount of items... e.g. Free shipping if you buy 2 from a specific category... I know I need to do some customization to archive that buy can anyone shed some light on where I should start? I am able to do that base on total amount, but I need it to do it base on quantity...
