Backoffice problems (bug/error) with products...Help?

Hi!

 

Lately when I have been creating products I have been seen this message a lot: "Some tabs was not loaded correctly. Would you like to reload them?" I really dunno why it appears so many times. Also the backoffice "losts" my products pictures and then "gets them back". This is really irritating and is slowing my work down. Any ideas? Also the onnection to my backoffice seems ill. It sometimes losts my existense and drives me out from my site, I mean it gets error 404(?) with blank page with text like this:"Forbidden! You don't have permission to access /prestashop/admin8792/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

 

....I'm begging you guys help me?

Hi! Also looking for answers am having the same error and is taking forever to add products i also noticed when this happens my website doesnt work either and I got this message: "Page not found" it takes like 30 seconds and then works fine, please help!
