I need a shop front without final payment option, can this be done?

I sell Walt Disney items for other people on my website. I would like a shop front and have found a few templates that work.  When someone sees an item I like I would like it if they could add to cart and complete all details as normal but not take any payment, just when they click confirm checkout it gives them a message saying thank you for your interest we will be in touch. 

As the items could be from multiple sellers, I can't let them checkout as normal. I need to check with seller how much shipping is and the buyer then needs pays the seller direct. Hope this makes sense.

 

I used to be able to do this, but my site got hacked and the developer was going to sort it all out but then went bust so lost everything...

 

If you can help, let me know as want to get this moving asap.

personally...the easiest way...

 

use the one of the 'pay later modules' that come with native prestashop, cash on delivery for example

 

then from back office--localization--translations (module translations), customize it to suit your needs, it does not have to reflect cash on delivery
