The amount being charged is invalid?

Hey all,

 

I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this issue that I keep coming across on my shop.

 

I am using the PayPal 3.4.4 module with PrestaShop 1.5.3.1. I have a PayPal Website Payments Pro account if that makes any difference too.

 

I created a voucher for free shipping in the back office, I have tried to use the free shipping option and also the fixed discount option for £3.99 which is the same as the shipping cost and both of these return an error when the customer gets to the payment stage at the checkout:

 

"The amount being charged is invalid. Please contact the merchant with this reference ID: XXXXXXXX"

 

This error only occurs if the total items value is less than the voucher discount amount, I have attached a couple of screen shots to show an example of the error. I get no other type of error codes so I'm not sure how to diagnose the problem.

 

Any help would be really appreciated as I want to get this offer up and running for the Christmas period.
