Is there anyway to set the process to be login first to be able to add products into shopping cart?

I am wondering if I can set the cart to be working as when customers want to add products into shopping cart, they need to login first, and after login they can add products and do the shopping process as usual. How to do this?

you can define this option in customer groups settings.
