"can't open file" on screen when trying to view pages in admin

I just had someone put a new skin on site.  No custom codding etc.   He did turn on these moduals that i was not using prior to the new skin.  Wishlist block, User info block ,Send to a Friend ,Language block,Featured Products slider,Cart block

 

From the customer screen when i try and "View" or double click on the customer name i get this error. can't open file

 

I have went and disabled all of the new moduals not previously running and that seemed to not do anything.    Does anyone else have an idea what else it could be?

 

I do also get the error now with prestochango ups modual when i try to print the label.  I was not getting this before the template/moduals.   My site was already running 1.5.6.

 

I would apreciate any help or pointing of how i can figure out what file is having issues.

Anyone,   i am finding more and more spots in my site that do not work as can't open file   pops on many pages.

1. Please check your cache root directory and its child direct have full read and write permission. 

2. prestashop have many file for log entry for debugging so  check all log file have full read and write permission.
