Trouble accessing Shop Front Office

Hallo everyone,

 

something really strange is happening.

 

I've set a store (www.kabukimodels.com) and everything was working fine, but now it's impossible to load the shop home page.

 

The weird thiing is that I can view the single products pages or categories, but if click on the logo to get back to the home page (or simply write the basic URL in the browser), I get an error (the website cannot be loaded)...

 

Any idea?

Yes...

 

I have this situation:

1. I can correctly log-in the Back Office, edit products, etc.
2. If I put the store in maintenance mode, of course I get the message you see in your screenshot
3. if I put the store in maintenance mode but add my IP to visit the store I get:
   • I can see any sub-page of the store (single product, categories, etc.)
   • I can NOT see the home page: it loads for some minutes, then I get an error

please turn on error reporting:

open config/config.inc.php

find this line

@ini_set('display_errors', 'off');

change to look like this:

@ini_set('display_errors', 'on');

sry, my mistake, you use 1.5.X

 

follow this:

config/defines.inc.php

find this line

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false);

change to look like this:

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);
