NO order is shown in my back Office

Its almost a weeks now i moved to prestashop. I received 3 orders during that time , unfortunately i can't see any order in my back office and not even getting any invoice in email, all i got was confirmation mail from paypal for the orders.
Is there any module i have to add or need some configuration?

did not you test your configuration before you went live?
All orders should come to the order tab without any additional module(s).

do you see any new customers registered?

Yes it add the new customers but did't have any invoice or orders , not even getting any e-mail to me or to customers.
I think this not paypal problem because same issue i have with Googlecheckout too.
I check the referred link too, it mention about "Preparation in progress". did anyone know where is this option?

Having the same problem. Found 'Preparation in progress' [back Office >> Orders >> Statuses] but I can't really do much with it.

I wonder if any one has been able to fix this?

Make sure that you can browse to the validation.php page, it should be a blank-page;

http://www.yourdomain.co.uk/shop/modules/paypal/validation.php
If you see anything other than a blank screen, let us know.

my domain name is www.txmemories.com and when I opened this link http://www.txmemories.com/modules/paypal/validation.php, it didn't give me blank page and shows Internal Server Error:

"The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Please anyone help me in resolving this issue.
