Setting up URL for language based multistore

Hi,

 

Please help with setting up URL-s for a language based multistore setup.

 

I would like the main store to be www.domain.ee and the second store to be www.domain.ee/sv

 

However I do not no how to set up the URL. When i go directly to www.doiman.ee/sv, all is working great, but when I set up the URL in BO and add sv/ in the Virtual URL box I get the error message - You need to activate URL Rewriting if you want to add a virtual URL. 

and although the final URL is www.doiman.ee/sv which was working before, the page goes blank.

 

Any ideas?
