[SOLVED] Site admin username and password not working

Dear Presta users,

 

I am setting up a new online store, last month I was set up completely and entered some products in to my site. but it has give trouble to login into my admin area. then I delete everything and reset all the settings and newly installed then I posted some product.

 

but today I am facing the same problem which I faced last month. I am worrying that some bug issues may blocking my login details password reset also not working..... I don't know. my hosting server support team has advised to check with priesta users.

 

and this time my site also not working, it is working in mobile mode.

Did you log back in?

Deleting cookies did not work for me.

 

You can fix it by creating a new account (customer) and copy the hash of the password from the db then past to your employee password and login using that new password.

please check browser console log, you've got there some parse errors of javascripts, everything will be described in log output (what and where doesn't work)

 

please paste output here (if it is possible of course)

I wes restore the data and clear the new theme scrips then its working... thans for ur effort.
