Major refresh Issue on PS 1.5 please help !

Hello, I have recently upgraded from PS 1.4.11 to PS 1.5.6 and I m having to deal with very tough bug the issue is that every time I add, delete, edit, config (categories, product, config..) the changes will not be reflected immediately  so I have to press F5 multiple times so the changes can take effect sometimes the old settings persist as long as 20min .

 

this issue is produced in IE/Firefox /Chrome sometimes this issue makes me delete my new contents accidentally because when I edit the product again I dont notice that it still keeps the old contents.

 

i didn't had that issue with my Older PS. 1.4.11. it just happens with both PS 1.5.6 and 1.5.5

I ve tried all of the below methods without any success.

 

disabled my browser cache.

turn on Compile on and disabled all PS Cache

removed all the lines below

<IfModule mod_expires.c>
    ExpiresActive On

in my .htaccess file.

 

 

 

Any help or other solutions would be appreciated.
