CSS and Contact Info Won't Update

Hello,

I apologize if this is a question asked frequently, but I've tried all of the conventional suggestions I could find.

 

I updated the CSS to change a color in the them -- nothing updates. 

 

I updated the Contact Block and Block Contact Info -- nothing updates. 

 

I tried changing the Template cache to Force complilation, then Recompile template if the files have been updated and nothing updates.

 

I clicked the Clear Smarty caches button, nothing updates.

 

I tried using an incognito mode on my browser to make sure it was not a cache on my browser's end, still no update. 

 

Can you please offer any advice?

I am having the same problem with the Block Contact Info.  Can you please tell me how you fixed this on your site?
