USPS is not visible on the checkout page.

Hi 

 

I am new to prestashop and have configured my site. The problem is with USPS. I have installed 'Connect to USPS' module and have enter my USPS credential etc. 

 

But on the checkout page on the website, the USPS is not visible (See the screenshot).  

 

Also when I add a product in the cart it always show 'Free Shipping' (Please see screenshot 'prestashop-screen2.jpg')

 

Can it be a problem of caching?

 

Prestashot version is 1.5.4.1.
