Shopping carts in back office doesn't show whether user is online or not

Hi guys,

 

I am using prestashop 1.5.5.0 and I have a problem. If you see my attached screenshot you will see there is never any indication showing whether a user is online or not. How can I fix this? I have the data mining for statistics module active.
