1.5.5.0 Multistore multilanguage shipping costs problems

Hi,

 

I am configuring my shop and doing some final tests, and I've found some important problems I'd like to solve:

 

My shop is a Prestashop 1.5.5 multistore multilanguage configuration, and I work with 2 carriers independently of the store.

 

I entered the shipping costs for the carriers at the wizard, with the "all shops" selected, When finished, if I selected one of the shops with the top selector of the screen, all the information entered got lost.

I found a solution for this at post #9 of

replacing the file carriers.php.

 

But I lost all the information again when I tried to enter different Transit Time descriptions, one for each language of my stores. I had to delete the carrier, enter the info again and keep that description only in English. I think this issue remains unsolved. It seems like the new wizard has a problem with both multistore and multilanguage configurations.

 

But the main issue has appeared today when testing free shipping at checkout. I put free shipping starts at 400 euros. I add a 740 euro product to the cart and free shipping doesn't appear, it charges the shipping amount. If I increase quantity, free shipping appears both at cart summary and delivery methods. If I decrease quantity again to 1, free shipping is at cart summary but not at delivery methods. Both amounts not always are the same, and they can even change when changing the language !  . Additionaly, the 400 euro limit seems not to be considered.

Finally, during tests, it crashed, a technical error: unable to save carrier (see picture). I think that the previous problem with carriers left some inconsistent database tables.

 

Please check this info and tell me if some patches or new releases can help me. I'd like to start as soon as possible !
