[SOLVED] Contact mail adress pre filled in

the mail address in my contact form is pre filled in with our own address, which make people forget to write their own email address and we get  mails we cant answer which makes us loose new customers

 

I've looked everywhere but cant find where to change this

can you show contents of your contact.tpl file? it is located in your theme directory.

hello,

I have just had the same problem.  I am using prestashop 1.3.1.1

 

I have just amended the contact-form tpl as you instructed so hopefully this will now help with future enquiries.  However, is there any way of replying or contacting a sender whose email came prior

to sorting this out.  ie. with the return email listed as my own?!

well didnt do the trick using 1.6 version and made the changes still nothing
