IT2LANGUAGECOURSE
Hi everybody, I am pretty new to PS so I'm looking for some guidance here. I've configured my prestashop to use friendly urls. The product url is configured to be {id}-{rewrite}.html, however the link appearing on the frontend is not including the product id, so clicking on the product link returns a 404 error. However, if I manually type the url with the product id, it founds the desired product page (disabling the canonical rewrite). The same happens with category pages. Module SEO Pretty URL, which is supposed to remove the id from urls, is installed but disabled. Do you have any idea where the problem can be? Thanks a lot! El Patron
Hi, I tried this on a 1.5.6.1 (i.e. removed {category:/}) from the product link and it worked fine. maybe try clearing your browser cache and cookies...I will cross my fingers that this works for you
IT2LANGUAGECOURSE
Thanks a lot, El patron. I tried but had no effect. I think I will try a complete uninstall of the module, clearing the smarty cache (I did this already yesterday) and also some change in the url pattern see if that forces any change. Will let you know if this works... Thanks!
