bfleck
I posted last month regarding a SSL certificate issue locking me out of logging in to my shop as an admin. I can still login as a sales person. I have a copy of all files on my computer as a backup. I try to choose the forgot my password option but I have it set that you can't change until 1,000,000 minutes has expired. Is there any way I can change this setting in the files to allow me in as an admin. I do not have the rights to change it as a salesperson. Thank you
Mr S
Do you have access to your DB with tool like phpMyAdmin?
PascalVG
In ps_configuration, show all rows and search for password. You will find: (in my case, row with ID 45) PS_PASSWD_TIME_BACK with probably your 1.000.000 mentioned her you can try to change it into 1 reload once more all the rows and see if it changed indeed. Then retry to change your password... pascal.
