TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to send login informations

Hi,

After upgrading to Prestashop 1.5.6, I am facing the following trouble :

On page http://www.site.com/quick-order,
- I click on "Already registered"
- then I fulfil my Email address and my Password
- then I click on the "Login" button
 

A small window opens with the here below error message :
TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to send login informations
Details:
Error thrown: [object Object]
Text status: error

Yo tengo el mismo problema con la web www.katakanajuegos.com he activado la consola para ver si me salía otro error pero no.

 

Tengo la versión 1.5.6 estoy utilizando la plantilla de prestashop. Tengo activado paypal.

 

Mi problema es que me sale ese error pero no puedo registrarme. Me coge el registro me envía el email pero no puedo autentificar y por tanto comprar.

 

Además en Firefox no me coge ni el pedido. Me lo muestra en el carrito y cuando le doy a comprar desaparece todo. 

 

En Chrome si funciona pero no autentica.

 

Si le pongo el pago en una sola página me da el error del compañero si lo pongo a cinco pasos simplemente no sale nada.

 

Esto es muy urgente por que no pueden comprar mis clientes. Estoy mirando en foros, pero no hay ninguna solución o yo no he sabido encontrarla. 

 

No se supone que la plantilla original de prestashop va bien?

I have an authentication error and happens when the client wants to create an account. I have read many possible solutions and I could not fix mine

The error is:

TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to load form. Details: Error thrown: [object Object] Text status: parsererror

 

For more details of the problem I went to the Theme folder, authentication.js made a change on the line 82:

 

error = "TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to load form.\n\nDetails:\nError thrown: " + XMLHttpRequest + "\n" + 'Text status: ' + textStatus;

 

to

 

error = "TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to load form.\n\nDetails:\nError thrown: " + errorThrown + "\n" + 'Text status: ' + textStatus; 

 

And the mistake was more explicit, the result was as follows:

TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to load form. Details: Error thrown: SyntaxError: Unexpected token < Text status: parsererror

 

I appreciate the support that this community has provided, and that helped me solve many cases. Only I could with this problem and I'm a little stressed.
