Adding tax before applying discount to a product price in Prestashop

Hello

 

I have an issue regarding Prestashop tax and discount. I want to add the discount to the base price and then the tax during check out but in my case it's first adding the tax to the base price, applying the discount and then adding tax to the discounted price. Can anyone give me some idea to correct it or clarification to this ? 

 

Note : This is showing to only logged in customers belonging to a specific tax zone.

I have the same problem. It seems to happen on discounted items. Its adding some sort of tax (not the normal rate) to the product price and then adding tax again in the check out. Not sure whats happening here but I cant seem to fix it and its been happening for years. Any solution?
