advanced top menu and categories

Hi

 

I'm trying to figure out how to manage the categories on the shop shop.panamalifestyle.ie

 

I used the advanced top menu as I ONLY want to show the products per manufacturing through that. However on the left side item categories I would like to JUST have main categories such as 

 

Make-up>Primer to show ALL primers from all manufacturers.

 

I had to create separate categories for the manufacturers products in order to manage the advanced top menu and now they're obviously all showing up in the categories module

 

Any idea how to manage that differently?

 

It's quite urgent
