Problem with Prestashop multi-store

Hello everyone,

I have a problem that is really bugging me and I have run out of options.

I activated the muti-store on my site and everything seemed to be working fine. I went ahead and upgraded and I'm currently on prestashop 1.5.6 all of a sudden the second store stopped working right.

 

primary store is porschstores.com and the second one is porschstores.com/boutique.

 

The second store isn't accepting any of the theme setting almost feels like it is hard coded and doesn't accept any change. when I add a products it will show up but any other setting doesn't get accepted. 

 

I am a newbie and this morning I realized that the second store is saying there are no payment modules set up but I actually have bank wire and stripe installed.

 

And just checking the primary site I activated stripe on it and it's not coming up as an option either.

 

so I am just confused as to what to do now.
