NemoPS
You need the module developer, it probably doesn't support that language
vekia
hello you added your second language AFTER module configuration (after adding slides)?
basit006
Hi Vekia I didnt get it? your question
vekia
in prestashop you can manage languages. you can add, remove, disable and enable certain of them. So my question is: you added your second language BEFORE you installed and configured this module? or maybe AFTER ?
basit006
Yes i install my second language after installing this module
vekia
so this is the answer to your problems, i've got similar issues some time ago. Try to remove this module, also modules table in database. Then install it once again
basit006
but if i remove and install it back i will lose everything mean the images
vekia
unfortunately (this is the easies solution) the second solution (you will not lose pictures) if you don't want to lose pictures, you can alter tables in database, you need to add new rows with your language id to table where module stores information about slides. if you will grant me access to your database (phpmyadmin) i can do it for you.
