[SOLVED] Registeration page disorder

I have problem in a registeration page can anyone please help me with this please check the below link for my registration page it is this order https://www.tujarat.com/index.php?controller=authentication&back=my-account#account-creation

and also i want to delete some parts from registeration form like date of birth etc.. how can i do that?

add display:block; clear:both; to:

padding: 0 0 10px 0;
display: block;
clear: both;
}
