Dashboard Issues

Hi there,

 

Having issues at the "Home" "Dashboard" screen (screen shot attached).

 

When we click the "Combine, Compress & Cache" link (to address these "issues"),

it comes up with "There are 3 warnings. Click here to see more." (screen shot attached).

 

When we click this, all that happens is a "#" is addended to the URL.

 

Is there anyone who can suggest how we rectify these issues ?

Hi there Vekia,

 

That is exactly the point / issue.

 

We can't see what the "warning" is, as when we press on this to see the "warnings", all it does is add

a "#" to the end of the URL - and does nothing more!

ctrl+shift+I in chrome browser, then in console insert this: $("#seeMore").show();

We did what you suggested and nothing happened at all.

 

Therefore, we couldn't "advance" to "inserting" anything.

you can right click in your back office > show page source and search for "There are 3 warnings."

does any other text appears below this (in page source) ?

Sorry for the late reply, I have been ill.

Here is what shows up when we do a search in the source code, for "There are 3 warnings" :-
 

AFTER 20 ATTEMPTS AND 1/2 Hr of TRYING,

I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE ATTACHED THE SCREEN SHOT HERE, BUT FOR SOME STUPID REASON IT DOESNT LET ME
POST / ATTACH ANY FILES or PICS AT ALL !!!!!!!!
