HELP :S buttons apear odd ad images dont work

Hi there,

I have installed prestashop but on my home page, the buttons appear incorrect however when you hover over them they are fine. if you cold help me on ths it would be brilliant.

Also I am currently setting it up wih the default stuff to get me started and the images are not appearing correct either.

there are many differnt bugs on my site and I have tried uploading it again and chengng hosting provider but no luck.
