Error on bulk CSV Product Imports

Hello guys,

 

I hope you would be kind enough to help me solve our problem, we have been stuck for sometime now and cannot import products with CSV. At first we were getting an error 500, after reading online I activated the logs and we are now getting the following after choosing the mapping : 

AdminImportController.php on line 647 Warning: fgetcsv() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in 
AdminImportController.php on line 648 Warning: fclose() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in 
AdminImportController.php on line 649 Warning: unlink(22): No such file or directory in 
AdminImportController.php on line 650 Notice: Undefined variable: temp in 
AdminImportController.php on line 647 Warning: fopen(): Filename cannot be empty in 

We are hosted on a dedicated server on OVH with an Ubuntu distribution. 

We have tried importing through some external module (Store Commander) and are getting another error...

 

If you have any ideas it would be greatly appreciated !

The most important message is the first one:

 

  AdminImportController.php on line 647 Warning: fgetcsv() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in

 

Probably the imported CSV doesn't exist or is not readable.
